I owned and operated a CrossFit gym for over a decade. Before that, I launched and ran other businesses, learned hard lessons, made payroll when cash was tight, hired great people, hired the wrong people, and discovered what actually scales a business.
Over the years, I’ve invested heavily in learning from some of the best business minds in the world — Alex Hormozi, Alex Charfen, Jeremy Miner. I’ve helped other owners grow, scale, and build companies that don’t rely on them being the hardest-working person in the room.

I wear jeans and polos. Shorts and Crocs when the weather allows. I’ve got tattoos and a goatee. I’m not interested in looking like every other agent, and definitely not interested in building a team that thinks success comes from pretending to be someone they’re not.
